Our Sessions
The Coffee Run
A casual run around the town that ALWAYS finishes with a coffee! It’s a 30 minute run and we take it easy. Some people are new to running, some people are sore from our interval session and some people just aren’t morning people. There is a range of paces where there is always somebody leading and somebody tailing, so nobody gets left behind.
When: Every Thursday morning at 7am
Where: Meet at Trenton Square, finish with coffee at The Loft

Interval Sessions
Time to get fast! This is where we can really push ourselves and see what progress we are making. Hard sessions are better when they’re done with friends.
The intervals are either time or distance based and can be ran at whatever pace is appropriate for you.
When: Every Wednesday at 6pm
Where: St. Helier Marina

She-Wolves Coffee Run
A female only casual run around the town that also ALWAYS finishes with a coffee! It’s about a 25-30 minute run and we take it easy. A space where women can feel safe running. Some people are new to running, some people just want to get themselves ready for the day. There is a range of paces and we try and stick in a group, so nobody can get left behind
When: Every Tuesday morning at 7am
Where: Meet at Trenton Square, finish with coffee at The Loft

Sunday Long Run
Since we enjoyed the Sunday runs so much from our Half Marathon programme, we thought we’d carry them on! The route will vary each week in and around town (maybe further a field when the coach fancies it). It will be about an hour run or 10k depending on the route.
When: Sundays at 9am
