Last week was a cracker 💥 A big Wednesday session followed by our March social which was a Padel tournament 🎾 Thursday morning we went back to our old route and a few heads needed that coffee after a later Wednesday night Really looking forwa
Just some wolves dancing in the rain 🐺 🌧️ “Rain makes you run faster” We had THE BEST time at @jerseyhospicehalfmarathon yesterday. Thanks to all the volunteers and organisers for putting on such an awesome event! We got some medals
GOOD LUCK 🍀 Sending our love to the Wolf Pack and everyone else running the Hospice to Hospice Half Marathon tomorrow morning! Always a great day out for a great cause 🙌🏼 See you all at the finish line 🏁
SATURDAY SHAKE-OUT Open to everyone! 9am on Saturday morning 🌅 We are meeting at the Freedom Tree for a 20(ish) minute shake out before the Hospice 2 Hospice Half Marathon and it will be followed by coffee and/or breakfast ☕️ A great way to chat
Thursday Coffee Run ☕️ We decided to change up the route today and head west instead of east Stunning views, stunning vibes, stunning coffee Every Thursday at 7am 🕖 All abilities welcome 🤗
Tonight was TOUGH A real session to work on pacing yourself 4 x 4 mins on / 2 mins off 4 x 30 secs FLAT OUR / 90 secs recovery Good miles in the bank 🏦 See you in the morning @ 7am
