BACK AT IT!
Another week in the bag! The key this week is recovery from the race and getting back into the swing of things. We now have 4 runs available fo you to join! From intervals to an easy long run
We’ve seen a whole loada new faces this week which has been awesome to see! From new runners to experienced runners
Our She-Wolves were on form this week, but unfortunately having to say goodbye to a few of them as they go off travelling for a while
Wednesday we had a few wolves missing after some big efforts last Sunday at the Hospice Half. This weeks session was all about moving the legs, no pace guides, no crazy efforts, just having a good time. Although, the wind did force us to change plans slightly
Thursday, we had our biggest attended Coffee Run since we set up! We also teamed up with The Oat Bar to supply a special Tiramisu overnight oats for the runners. It was a few wolves birthdays this week so felt like the most wholesome morning.
Sunday saw our first open long run too! We ventured through the 3 valleys as we took on some elevation and some stunning scenery. Looking forward to getting these up and running

Meeting at Trenton Square by Big Maggy’s, an easy, chatty run for females only. Ease into running with a no pressure run around St Helier. There will be a lead and a tail runner so you’ll always have someone to run with! Followed by coffee at The Loft afterwards, obviously.

We meet in Trenton Square before heading out for an easy run. We are going to do 15 minutes out and 15 minutes back. 30 minutes (ish) at a chatty pace, followed by coffee and catch up at The Loft (Big Maggy’s). There will be a lead and a tail runner, you can run as much as you like!

The route varies each week but this week will be starting at Levels on Broad Street again. You can leave any belongings at the gym and we can grab them after the run. Followed by coffee afterwards of course!
