It May Be TOO Hot!
This week was a little warm wasn’t it. We still turned up, we still put the miles in, regardless of how fast we ran. (Note: you will run slower in the heat!). We had a great 800m interval session, tough but always an awesome session. A few took it too hard, too early (shock) but pulled through. Great to have some new overseas runners join us on Thursday for a chat and a coffee. This weekend also saw the return of the Daryl Dash! Led by one of our OG’s Daryl who is training for Sydney Marathon (woooo!). Normally a couple of loops of a route of his choice where people can join for as much or as little as they like, everyone is welcome!
