The Pack is BACK!
Not sure about you, but the vibe really feels like it’s back. The sun is out, the legs are out and we’re moving!
We’re super lucky to have OG Wolf Coach, Beth Rainbow back helping us out for the foreseeable. If you need any help with your run goals, get in touch with her! She’s offering both online run coaching and 1 to 1 personal training.
Tuesday we saw our very first Female only run session, the She Wolves! In the trusty hand of Coach P, they had a stunning morning around the marina. Weather was awesome and was so good to see some new faces and meet some new people. Really looking forward to watching this community grow!
We had two great sessions this week. Absolutely crushed the 400s session on Wednesday night! A tough test of muscular endurance as well as fitness, a session that can really get the legs burning as well as the lungs. The guys killed it though.
Thursday’s hit SO different when the sun is out like it was this week. We actually went back to our very first route we ran this week. Out to Havre des Pas and back! In these conditions, there’s nothing better than watching the sun come up over the coast.
Really looking forward to what the next few months have in store for us!
