More money in the bank this week after a longer/faster interval session. A few tired legs on Thursday coffee run but the weather has been DELIGHTFUL!
We had some new casual t-shirts arrive this week. We were told all our t-shirts were too light, so we now have a navy option!

Shoutout to all our Trail Monkey Trail Fest finishers this weekend! Becky who ran the 10km race and India who finished the 20 mile Single Top race. Great work all round!

Same time, same place. Meet at Trenton Square (outside Coopers IFC) for 7am and we’ll run for about 30 minutes, followed by a coffee at The Loft at Big Maggy’s!
