RACE WEEK!

This week was a special week for a few of us! Super proud of all our guys who raced this weekend. Jack and Gavin completed London Marathon in great time in hot conditions. Sam SMASHED Manchester Marathon! Whilst Max and Richard ate (and drank) their way through the Peak Divide Ultramarathon. Amazing work all round and we can’t wait to hear all about it… just don’t make us too jealous. You’ve inspired us all!

Back in Jersey, we had our social of the month, which was Beach volleyball. Apart from a few bumps and bruises from being a little competitive (*cough* Mike and Molly *cough*), we had THE best time. BIG thank you to Jersey Volleyball Association for hosting us, we’ll definitely be seeing you again over the summer

Light jog / mobility / drills

Main Session

2 x 5 mins on / 1 min off
2 x 4 mins on / 1 min off
2 x 3 mins on / 1 min off
2 x 2 mins on / 1 min off
2 x 1 min on / 1 min off

Aim is to get a little faster each round!
TIP: Stay in control every rep… or you may be in for a tough evening!

COFFEE RUN

Same time, same place. Meet at Trenton Square (outside Coopers IFC) for 7am and we’ll run for about 30 minutes, followed by a coffee at The Loft at Big Maggy’s!
