Happy Liberation Day - It was PB Galore!

We are in full flow of race season. With a range of members having different races coming up and some recovering from races the past few weeks, the numbers have still been good! This week, we had a number of us join Spartan’s for their Liberation Day 5k race and it was great fun! A good turnout for an early morning bank holiday race but it only makes it more competitive. We had personal best performance’s from Marc, Harvey, Scott with Rich pacing Daryl to his PB. We also had some great running from George who still ran under 21 mins and it’s so great to see Alan back racing again, plenty more to come from him!

Not all of our runners are aiming to get Personal Best’s but sometimes they just happen… Consistency is key!

Keep turning up, keep getting the miles in and you never know what may happen!
