BIG WEEK OF RUNNING
Don’t even know where to start!
Let’s start as the week goes on. Wednesday, we had a SOLID interval session. It was windy, but we got it done. We also saw some new merch arrive! We have some off white hoodies now available. A lot have gone, but we have some sizes available. Get in touch if you want one!
Thursday, our coffee run was a hit! We tried to avoid the wind by running around the marina, but whereever we went, we hit wind, buuuut it got done and we had some great coffee after. Thursday evening, we got together with our friends Jersey Run Club and played some darts at the Oche Club. Such an amazing evening, we had some pizza, a few drinks and played some terrible darts… we better stick to running
This weekend we saw a LOAD of our runners race. In France, in London and here in Jersey! Marathon de Medoc for Vicci and Kate. The Big Half in London for some wolves involved with Jersey Run Club and a a load more runners taking part in the Spartans Half Marathon. We had a load of medals, we had some emotional runs, we had some PBs and ultimately, we had an absolute BLAST. A HUUUGE well done to everyone that took part in the races this weekend

THURSDAY
Meet at Trenton Square (outside Coopers IFC) for 7am and we’ll run for about 30 minutes (15 minutes out and 15 minutes back), followed by a coffee and catch up at The Loft, St Helier. You can run at whatever pace you like. We will have a lead and tail runner so you’ll never be left behind
