We rounded off the week by getting a couple of teams into the Festival of the Mile (I was unfortunately away) and looks like we had the best time ever! Running and beer… two of my favourite things

Warm Up
Light jog / mobility / drills
Main Session
10 x 60 secs on / 60 secs off
10 x 30 secs on / 30 secs off
Aim: Working on top end speed. We want to hit the “ON” fast and walk the recovery.
Thursday
Meet at Trenton Square (outside Coopers IFC) for 7am and we’ll run for about 30 minutes, followed by a coffee and catch up at The Loft, St Helier. You can run at whatever pace you like. We will have a lead and tail runner so you’ll never be left behind!
