Love is in the Air
We had a lurvvvley week this week!
Intervals were crushed and we’re seeing people really benefiting from these speed sessions. Consistency is the key to seeing running gains and these guys who are here week in, week out, monitoring their miles, getting quality miles, are really flying at the moment and it’s so so so good to see!
Thursday Coffee Run was prettyyyyyy windy. We did our best to avoid it, buuutttt, a few of us may have got blown away. We can’t promise the weather will always be good, but we can promise the coffee and the vibe will ALWAYS be good!
Sunday we saw our member take part in the Love Hospice 10k. Again, far from ideal conditions but I’ll tell you what… some seriously impressive times! Especially from those doing our Half Marathon plan, great job. Last stint to the big day!
This week we see our February social at 7.30pm! It will take place after Intervals, but you anyone can come join

Main Session
1 x 8 mins on / 2 mins off
4 x 2 mins on / 1 min off
1 x 8 mins on / 2 mins off
Cool Down
Light Jog / Stretches
Aim: Try and push the “8 mins on” at around 10k pace, “2 min off” you should still be able to jog. The “2 mins on” should be abour 5k pace, or just faster than the 8 mins.

FREE TO JOIN!
We meet in Trenton Square before heading out for an easy run. We are going to do 15 minutes out and 15 minutes back. 30 minutes (ish) at a chatty pace, followed by coffee and catch up at The Loft (Big Maggy’s). There will be a lead and a tail runner, you can run as much as you like!
