What’s That Coming Over The Hill…
Ok, so confession time… I may have made the hill session a little longer than I wanted. Went off script and changed the plan last minute and in hindsight, a little too much, BUT, we survived and we conquered Westmount! Great job all round! Hope the quads have recovered
Thursday’s coffee run felt fast this week didn’t it?! That’s ok though. We have a front and tail runner and you can run as much or as little as you like, there’ll always be someone to run with.
Sunday’s Hospice Plan session was a mix of pacing and short/sharp efforts. Working on being able to push a little harder, even with tired legs. We are getting some good miles in at the moment and pacing is improving each week! Next week we will be doing the Hospice 10k and seeing if we’re on track to reach our goal in March.

Aim: Try and push the “3 mins on” at around 10k pace, “1 min off” you should still be able to jog

We meet in Trenton Square before heading out for an easy run. We are going to do 15 minutes out and 15 minutes back. 30 minutes (ish) at a chatty pace, followed by coffee and catch up at The Loft (Big Maggy’s). There will be a lead and a tail runner, you can run as much as you like!
