Oche, Oche, Oche!

This week saw our May social. Back at the Oche Club! A sport that is a little more suitable for a “cutie in a bootie” (in her words). There were some good darts, and some not so good darts but at the end of it all, Kira came home with the trophy! Some say she got lucky with her partners… but a win is a win, so great job!

Wednesday intervals saw us take on a shorter/sharper session. Did people go too hard too early in the session again… of course they did. All money in the bank though!

We are going to be working on some pacing and getting used to the feel of different paces!

Warm Up

Light jog / mobility / drills

Main Session

3 Sets of:

5 mins effort @ “HM pace”
60 sec rest
2 mins effort @ “5k pace”
2 min rest

Cool Down

Light jog / stretching / debrief

THURSDAY

Meet at Trenton Square (outside Coopers IFC) for 7am and we’ll run for about 30 minutes, followed by a coffee and catch up at The Loft, St Helier
