What a Week and a Half (Marathon)

Another busy week of running for the Pack, rounded off with the Jersey Half Marathon. So good to see so many people running and supporting this morning!

A few smiley faces, a few not so smiley. A few first times and a few PB’s!

THIS WEEK

WEDNESDAY

We are going to work around different paces again! We start fast, we move to more of a tempo pace and finish with some max effort work

Warm Up

Light jog / mobility / drills

Main Session

Round One (FAST)
5 x 60 secs on / 60 secs off

Round Two (Tempo)
2 x 4 mins on / 2 mins off

Round Three (MAX)
5 x 30 secs on / 30 secs off

Cool Down

Light jog / stretching / debrief

THURSDAY

Meet at Trenton Square (outside Coopers IFC) for 7am and we’ll run for about 30 minutes, followed by a coffee and catch up at The Loft, St Helier
