We are SO back!
January 2026… new year, new goals, same Pack!
After a lovely Christmas break, WE ARE BACK! We’ve had 3 sessions in 2026. Two Coffee Run’s and an Interval session. All been well attended and has been an AWESOME vibe so far.
We have a small group of runners who are signed up to a Hospice Half Marathon specific plan, led my Coach Beth who is back with us after moving back from the UK! Super excited to see the guys progress as the weeks go on. We’ll keep you posted
The plan includes our Wednesday Intervals, Thursday Coffee Run a weekend HM specific session as well as a weekly plan to follow so if you miss a session, you can do it in your own time. It will be progressing each week to get them ready for the big day!
Wednesday we started strong with a 10 x 60 secs on / 60 secs off, with a bonus 2 reps for those that wanted it… everyone wanted it. A great session to eased into the year… although some may have gone a little hard
We are also welcoming new runner to our Introduction to Intervals. A variation on our normal interval session, just a slightly shorter session with a group of people that are new to speed sessions. It happens at the same time as our normal intervals, we just split off.

4 x 5 mins on / 90 secs off
Cool Down
Light jog / stretch
AIM: to run the 5 minute efforts at your 10k pace and be able to jog the off. If you can’t jog the off… we’ve ran too hard
THURSDAY
Everyone’s favourite run… we meet in Trenton Square before heading out for an easy run. We are going to do 15 minuntes out and 15 minutes back. 30 minutes (ish) at a chatty pace, followed by coffee and catch up at The Loft (Big Maggy’s). There will be a lead and a tail runner so nobody get’s left behind
