WE HAVE A DRY THURSDAY!
It only took 3 session, but it didn’t rain this Thursday and we’re here for it, andd… only 6 more Coffee Runs until it’s light again! Session was as fun as ever, we went back to our first ever route, straight out to HDP and back. We didn’t get the ol’ selfie photo though, maybe next time
We had another good turnout this week for Intervals. The long intervals actually went down well. 8 mins can be a tough to pace sometimes, but (I think) most of us nailed it. We followed up the session with some pizza at Dip Doh, it was stunning. If you haven’t been, definitely worth a visit.
Our Hospice Plan gang showed up Saturday morning in the dregs of Storm Ingrid with a 2 x 20 min at HM pace. We are definitely getting better at finding and sticking to efforts and we’ll only get better as we get closer to raceday. Looking strong so far and can’t wait to see how we progress

Aim: Try and push the “2 mins on” at around 5k pace, “1 min off” you should still be able to jog

FREE TO JOIN!
We meet in Trenton Square before heading out for an easy run. We are going to do 15 minutes out and 15 minutes back. 30 minutes (ish) at a chatty pace, followed by coffee and catch up at The Loft (Big Maggy’s). There will be a lead and a tail runner so nobody get’s left behind.
